We are Astrid, Dominik, Tobias and Constantin – a lively, colourful and mostly lovable family who run their apartments in Kaprun and Zell am See with all of our hearts and great attention to detail.
Each of us brings its own personality to the table – and that’s what makes us who we are. We couldn’t be more different, yet we pull all strengths together to ensure our guests feel completely like at home.
Genuine warmth is our priority, a smile at each moment and a good feeling from the very first moment.

Why "Villa Agricola"?
Villa Agricola is more than just a name, primarily associated with sustainability of course.
It leads us back to roots so we can deeply acknowledge in what we have. It gives us a real feeling for the given existence. It lets us endure in tough situations and encourages us to never give up and above all to cherish our life full-hearted. Agricola allows us to continually grow, and reminds us of those who made it all possible from the ground up.
The word origin is Latin “agricola/agricolae,” with a tryout of translating “farmer”. It is one of the few Latin words ending in -a that is still masculine.
Our Villa Agricola always reminds us of what is essential to focus on, on how to connect to real genuineness and what does truly matter. That is why we are so grateful to “Agricola” and always protect it attentively.
Our apartments are more than just a place to stay at – they are designed with dedication, furnished with natural materials and equipped with that special something – that gives you a well-being feeling as soon as you enter your apartment. Whether surrounded by greenery or with a magical mountain-view – we love what we do. And you can tell.
Zell am See-Kaprun is not just a holiday region – it is our home. This is where we grew up, this is where we live in, this is where we want to pass on something to our guests.
Our love for nature, our connection to the region and our respectful treatment of people, animals and the environment are part of our philosophy.
