Sustainability is evident in everything we do – in every detail, every encounter, every moment of your stay.
For us, environmental protection is not a marketing promise, but a reality we live by. For many years, we have consistently focused on solutions that benefit both our beautiful region and our guests.
That is why we set ourselves the goal of obtaining the Austrian Ecolabel – and we achieved it.
As hosts with heart and common sense, we proudly bear the Austrian Ecolabel, because it stands exactly for what defines us:
Taking responsibility for our environment, our region and future generations.
Our implemented measures
Cleaning
We have been using steam cleaners for cleaning for over 15 years.
This significantly reduces the use of chemical cleaning agents, protecting not only the environment but also our health – and of course that of our employees.
Waste
Recycling is important to us. We do provide recycling hut for our guests and its boxes in the apartment.
All waste is carefully separated there, ensuring that valuable resources remain within the recycling cycle.
Resources
We strive to avoid plastic packaging throughout holiday homes.
Our equipment is designed for durability and environmental friendliness: wooden clothes hangers, glass toothbrush cups, compostable coffee capsules and water-saving fittings are taken for granted.
Spring water
A special highlight: our own spring water – of the highest drinking water quality – is highly valued by our guests.
They like to fill their drinking bottles with it (according to our guests,the water stays pleasantly cool in their water bottles). The ‘golden liquid’ is also used for sustainable garden irrigation and can be enjoyed at our outdoor fountain.
Solar power
Our three photovoltaic systems with a total output of approx. 30 kWpeak supply electricity for the entire operation, including our charging station for e-bikes, cars and scooters.
Even our garden tools operate emission-free with battery power – and we do so consistently.

Becoming virtually energy self-sufficient – step by step and with complete conviction.
